Administrative Assistant to David Kordansky, Los Angeles

Monday – Friday (Full-time, hourly non-exempt)

David Kordansky Gallery seeks a highly motivated, extremely organized, proactive, and collaborative individual to serve as Administrative Assistant to the Owner and to oversee the Owner’s office. Primary responsibilities include managing travel, scheduling arrangements and serving as a representative of the Owner to internal staff at all levels of the organization as well as to high-level external contacts. The Administrative Assistant manages and accesses confidential material; sensitivity, discretion, professionalism, sound judgment, and experience in managing, delegating, and collaborating are required. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, and requires flexibility for additional hours based on the needs of the Owner. A generous benefits package is offered. Director, Marketing and Communications, New York

David Kordansky Gallery seeks a highly motivated, extremely organized, and collaborative individual to join our team as Director, Marketing and Communications. The Director, Marketing and Communications is a leadership role and responsible for leading a range of significant functions, including managing the Communications Team; strategically directing the gallery’s press, marketing, web, and social media engagements; raising the profile of the gallery by proactively cultivating relationships with writers, editors, and publications worldwide. Digital Content Manager, Los Angeles or New York

Monday – Friday (full-time, salaried exempt)

David Kordansky Gallery seeks a highly motivated, extremely organized, and collaborative individual to join our team as Digital Content Manager. The Digital Content Manager is a critical, cross-departmental role at David Kordansky Gallery, responsible for strategizing, planning, and producing compelling and effective social media content and email newsletters to achieve the gallery’s goals of increasing social media and email KPIs; presenting the work of its artists with passion, care, and precision; and creating engaging experiences that connect audiences to the artists’ work. This role is accountable for driving overall social media performance; developing social media content strategies; managing content calendars; and creating social media analytics reports to glean insights from data and translate them into actionable recommendations.
