David Kordansky Gallery seeks a highly motivated, extremely organized, and collaborative individual to join our team as Human Resources Coordinator. The Human Resources Coordinator is a critical role, responsible for supporting a range of significant functions of the Management & Administration team, including assisting the Director, Human Resources and Managing Director with all aspects of human resources across the full span of an employee life cycle, such as hiring; onboarding; employee engagement; and termination. The Human Resources Coordinator also assists with general administrative tasks in support of the Managing Director and the staff as a whole, and with the integration of diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility initiatives at the gallery. Sensitivity, empathy, accuracy, and discretion will be utilized in every aspect of this role. This position is full-time, Monday through Friday, and may require flexibility for additional hours based on the needs of the gallery. For more information click here.
