David Kordansky Gallery seeks a highly motivated, extremely organized, proactive, and collaborative individual to serve as Executive and Sales Associate to the Owner. The Executive and Sales Associate to the Owner is a key member of the sales and management teams at David Kordansky Gallery, responsible for managing all of the business administrative needs of the Owner. Primary responsibilities include overseeing the Administrative Assistant, managing special projects, communicating on behalf of the Owner, acting as a filter for all internal staff communication and facilitating the distribution of sales PDFs to clients, and sending offers. The gallery is a fast-paced environment requiring the ESA to have a proactive and assertive demeanor and experience in managing, delegating, and collaborating.
